Fellow Equatorians, With only few weeks to ESCA annual conference in Utah on September 5 through6, it is high time for those who have not yet signed up for the conferenceor mailed in their financial support to do so. Today or this weekend isperhapsthe best time to send in your: 1. Registration fees of $100 per person/attendee 2. Financial support to the conference if you or your representative(s) won't be able to make it to the conference. Please note, sponsors who contribute $250 or more will be recognized at the conference. 3. Names if you are planning to attend the conference but, will be payingyour registration fees within the next week or so but, please indicate thedate by which you will pay. The above information and support are needed to help the conferenceorganizingcommittee in determining the size of facility to be rented for the conference, number of badges to print, and level of hospitality and other services to beprovided at the conference. The sooner the committe can hear from youon the above, the earlier the work they are doing for all of us.
